Under her leadership, the Center has evolved from a recovery-housing facility into the thriving Joshua Alumni Society “A New Era of Success” where individuals celebrating 10–15 years of sobriety gain mentorship, life skills, and financial empowerment rooted in faith (“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”).
A dynamic speaker, life coach, and financial strategist, Dr. Jones has led high-impact conferences, EmpowerHER Now, Reignite Experience, and Financial Reset, and partners with organizations like Comcast Technology Labs to equip millennials and Gen Z with business acumen, crypto-savvy, and wealth-building strategies. Dr. Dianne Patricia Alston-Jones Is a dynamic leader, passionate speaker, and the fourth pastor of BOD Church, where her faith journey began. She was baptized, christened, and married at BOD Church. She now continues the legacy of spiritual leadership once carried by her late husband, Pastor David Aaron Jones, who served faithfully for over 23 years. As a proud mother of three and a grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren, the family remains at the core of her values.
Dr. Jones is more than a pastor she’s a powerhouse of inspiration with over 20 years of ministry experience. As a licensed and ordained pastor, she brings wisdom, empathy, and transformational leadership to the pulpit. She passionately mentors’ others to discover their unique gifts, fulfill their calling, and thrive in their faith journey. Whether officiating weddings, blessing babies, or counseling through life’s pivotal moments, she offers guidance filled with grace and insight.
